4. Payment Terms

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Risk of loss and title transfer according to the shipping terms on your order documents. Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments and reporting visible damage promptly.
6. Installation and Proper Use
Customers are responsible for proper site preparation, installation, operation, and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable codes. Improper installation or misuse may void warranties and can create safety risks.
7. Returns and Cancellations
Returns and cancellations require prior written approval. Custom, special-order, or non-stock items may not be returnable. Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, freight charges, and condition requirements.
